We are a rapidly growing company with a fun, welcoming atmosphere, and we offer an amazing company culture. We are in search of the perfect candidate to manage (develop and track) PPC, SEM, and social media ad campaigns (FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter) utilizing various digital tools. This is an in-office position and will be responsible for helping several companies simultaneously. Both SEO and SEM experience are required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Create digital marketing campaign plans for RevRoad and our Portfolio Companies.
- Implement various digital marketing strategies that augment growth, leads, sales, and drive public engagement.
- Develop and execute SEO and PPC campaigns for our clients to achieve maximum ROAS in paid search campaigns.
- Responsible for managing and optimizing ad spending on a monthly basis.
- Implement A/B testing and report. on ROIs and KPIs for all paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Make recommendations based on monthly and quarterly compiled data.
- Creation, management, and optimization of multiple, simultaneous AdWord campaigns.
- Segment keywords based on performance.
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Recommend and execute strategies for content development in support of SEO goals.
- Provide regular analysis and recommendations for website content and metadata.
- Monitor and evaluate search results and performance across the major search channels.
- Regularly communicate with team and management on project development and results.
- Research and keep pace with SEO industry trends and developments.
- Performing keyword research and reporting tools such as SEMRush and Moz is a plus.
- This position reports directly to the CMO.
Competencies
- Have a thorough understanding of PPC, funnel, and direct response marketing.
- Proficient with running numbers, and the ability to create accurate reports on marketing KPIs.
- Able to maintain ROAS reports on all assigned campaigns.
- Capable of building PPC/SEM campaigns from scratch and tracking performance rates.
- Well-versed in G-suite products.
- Skilled at multitasking by administering several varieties of campaign styles, while simultaneously keeping track of multiple moving marketing components.
- Able to manage time and keep a consistent structure for all tasks on a daily/weekly basis.
- Highly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and convert.
- Analytical and data-driven in their thinking.
- Excellent with written and verbal communication – have experience creating, composing, and writing ad-based copy.
- Capable of working as a team player – flexible, able to adjust to shifting priorities
- Positive with a “can-do” attitude.
- Experienced in optimizing landing pages, web pages, user funnels, and goal setups.
- Knowledgeable of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, organic SEO, paid advertising and measurement, and willing to stay up to date.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree desired in a related field (Marketing, Business, or Computer Science).
Experience
- Required: 3 or more years of experience working with SEM, as well as familiarity with multiple platforms (Adwords, Adsense, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Required: 2 or more years of experience working with Google Analytics.
