We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our Revenue Management Call Center operations. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue generation, enhancing customer experience, and driving operational efficiency within the call center. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on approach will be crucial in achieving our revenue targets and maintaining high service standards.
- Team Leadership- Directs, Coordinates and implements operational activities of business. Forms operational work plans to meet client and company goals and objectives. Reviews work plans/standards periodically and adjusts accordingly. Resolves conflicts and negotiates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence - Communicates with Clients, Supervisors, Peers, and Subordinates, via telephone, in person, and all forms of written communication. Problem solving and decision making by analyzing and evaluating information to select the best solution.
- Quality Assurance - Oversee daily operations, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Establish and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery. Identify areas where efficiencies can be applied.
- Compliance and Regulations - Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations, laws, company policies, and best practices, maintaining a strong focus on data privacy and security. Establish, document and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures to drive customer success while remaining compliant.
- Change Management - Lead change initiatives and manage the transition process during the implementation of new strategies, processes, or systems. Keep abreast of industry best practices, maintain and attend education applicable to revenue cycle.
