- Prepare product for painting, sanding, taping, and washing down
- Mix coatings per manufacturing instructions
- Apply special coatings to specific tolerances and customers specifications
- Self inspect work prior to finishing
- Keep equipment in running operation
- Maintain a clean work area, Adhere to 5S policy
- Receive incoming shipments; unload trucks, open boxes/crates/shipping containers
- Overtime required, often with little notice
- Pick materials from other Campus storage locations as needed
- Assist technicians as needed
- Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned
- High school graduate or equivalent from an accredited institution (Ex. CHEA, PA Dept of Education, FL Dept of Education, US Military)
- Previous experience with industrial painting in a manufacturing environment
- Extended experience in mixing of 2/3 component coatings
- Familiar with re-coat times, mill thickness, thickness equipment, pressure pot application
- Willingness to learn; detail and quality oriented
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle multiple functions in an orderly, precise manner with little supervision
- Demonstrate good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license to drive company vehicles

Salary : $36,200 - $45,800
