Position Summary:
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for in-depth analysis and data management in the areas of compensation including assisting with the ongoing administration, analysis and development of a comprehensive compensation structure and programs.
This role will audit, evaluate, and identify areas for process improvement of programs while delivering high quality service to internal customers.Requires analytical thinking to enable the organization as it scales, while also being able to execute and implement programs with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day activities.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Participate in compensation surveys on behalf of Reyes Holdings.
Conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
Manage annual compensation administration to include merit and incentive processes. Ensure system and data interfaces are current and optimized.
Maintain salary administration to include job structure, total compensation structure, eligibility, communication and training, etc.
Acts as Compensation Consultant for Business Optimization Organizational Re-structures for the Enterprise. Conducts detailed market and internal equity analysis and provides total compensation recommendations to HR and Business Leaders
Resolve and close out HR Support tickets assigned to Compensation department related to job evaluations, market analysis, compensation processes and data issues.
Summarize data, pull insights and present findings to management.
Operate as SME for HR systems related to Compensation data. Identify and implement process improvements and opportunities to leverage compensation systems, tools, and data.Anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely and positive manner.
Maintain and build knowledge of principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
5 years of progressive experience in HR Management, Compensation Administration, or HRIS.
Experience with compensation management software such as Payscale/Payfactors, Salary.com, Workday, or UKGPro.
Outstanding analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional knowledge of data analytical tools such as PowerBI, SQL, and Excel
Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience interacting effectively with senior leadership
High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to manage confidential employee data
Team player with the ability to be proactive, responsive and customer focused with demonstrated experience effectively collaborating across the Enterprise
Highly analytical with the ability to influence decisions with a well-rounded and objective process of evaluation.
Ability to travel up to 15%
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
