3D Generalist -UI and Motion Graphics

RFA Engineering (www.rfamec.com) is seeking several 3D Graphic Modelers/Artist to work at our client's facility in Rapid City, SD. The selected candidates will support our client in pioneering UI solutions, Motion Graphics, and other graphic solutions within Unity, Unreal, and Adobe Products.

User Interface/Motion Graphics (UI/MG) Artist:

As a UI/MG at Caterpillar you will be responsible for pioneering UI solutions, Motion Graphics, and other graphic solutions within Unity, Unreal, and Adobe Products.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, UI Development concepts and in engine, Motion Graphic Development for marketing support, and other graphic content.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and implement new designs
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Test for intuitively and experience
• Communicate with customers to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test new ideas before implementing.

What qualifies you?

A working knowledge of Unity, Unreal, C4D, and core design element understanding. Post Processing in After Effects and other Adobe software is a plus. Attention to detail, trouble shooting, and collaboration/communication skills are a must.

What Steps are Next?

We need a student or industry demo reel demonstrating UI, Motion Graphics, and other art skill sets. An art test will be required to demonstrate the candidate's abilities in UI and Motion Graphics.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent
• Ability to provide a high attention to detail.
• Have demonstrated skills in texturing, lighting the creation of photo-realistic renderings.
• Should possess a strong customer focus with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients both verbally and written.
• Experience with one or more of the following software’s; Unity, Unreal, C4D, and core design element understanding.
• Experience with After Effects or similar Post Processing software a plus
