What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Master Data Analyst position at RGP?
RGP is helping one of our large global clients support their Order to Cash (O2C) function. We are looking to engage someone with a background in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable and customer account set-up. What you will work on
- The ability to work hybrid at least 2 days a week onsite in Mexico City
- Bi-lingual fluency in both English and Spanish as you will be interacting with customers from English speaking countries
- Responsible for the creation and management of Customer Master Data.
- Responsible for the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of Customer Master Data management deliverables including on-going coordination with BPO service provider.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and audit guidelines
- Manage customer accounts for administrative, credit and collection reasons in all applicable databases and systems, ensuring all required approvals are obtained
- Manage, update and synchronize all booking and accounts receivable database/systems
- Process name and address changes to accounts
- Process reassignment of credit analysts
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. accounting, finance) or equivalent work experience
- High-volume transaction experience
- Experience in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience working in a SOX compliant environment
- Experience working in a Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) arrangement
- Experience with managing Service Level Agreement (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and performance metrics to drive results
- Experience in working with large teams across various locations
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
