RH is seeking a Hospitality Facilities Associate to join our team in leading the organization and maintenance of the storage facility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams, external vendors and maintain records of inventory for their location. Your Responsibilities
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
- Organize, maintain, and clean the entire facility including the removal of all debris and packaging
- Receive, organize, and properly label incoming orders while inspecting to ensure highest quality
- Maintain communication with the team around incoming and outgoing inventory
- Own weekly and monthly inventory to investigate and speak to variances
- Transport equipment and supplies between properties
- Implement a consistent delivery schedule with vendors to ensure quality and control
- 1 years of related experience
- Willingness to contribute ideas, take ownership and go beyond basic responsibilities to ensure the success of the team
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and business partners in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skill is a plus
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Google Suite and Craftable
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Frequently moving objects up to 50 pounds
- Must be capable to work sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time in different climates, including outdoors
