YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live Our Vision, Values & Beliefs every day
- The Host's primary responsibility is providing direct service and hospitality to the Restaurant's guests, including:
- Greeting guests upon arrival
- Seating guests
- Assisting guests in their departure from Restaurant and engaging in proper communications with guests throughout greeting, seating, and departure experiences, and as otherwise may be needed.
- Tasks incidental to the Host's primary responsibilities include opening tables updates and menu counts for the kitchen, sweeping under tables between seatings, assisting in resets; assisting in curation of dining and terrace spaces; and assisting in aspects of service as directed by a leader. The Host may spend a limited amount of time performing these incidental tasks during their shift.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of previous related experience
- Willing to learn new and exciting things
- Alcoholic Beverage Service Certified, Certification based on Local Jurisdiction
- ServSafe Food Handler Certified
- Energetic, accountable and team oriented
- Reliable, dependable and responsible
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
- This position is full or part time. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
