Roles & Responsibilities Job Description Primary Objective Process day to day operations of International Payments team, both incoming and outgoing remittance. Handle less complicated queries from business on remittance related matters. Key Responsibilities Remittances Operations All instructions submitted by internal stakeholders are accurately processed and released within the currency cut-off times. Perform end of day balancing for all incoming/outgoing payments with branches/bank notes. All incoming funds are promptly credited to customers’ accounts within currency cut off times. Customers’ queries and investigations are promptly looked into and satisfactorily responded to the customers. To mail out daily advices, order stationery and manage archival of documents to warehouse. Qualifications Bachelor Degree Minimum 1 year experience in Remittance operations at an established financial services institution. Good interpersonal and written communication skills. Possess SWIFT knowledge. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Know how to prioritize urgent work and when to escalate issues to superiors. Able to work under pressure.
