What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance technician position at RHF?
- DUTIES AND EXPERIENCE;
Must have basic plumbing and electrical repair skills.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Work Orders : Complete work orders for repairs in residents’ apartment in a timely fashion coinciding with the work requested
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the building on a daily basis, checking for repairs and cleaning needs.
- Make minor repairs when feasible on major appliances.
- Plumbing and Electrical Repairs.
- Have the vacant unit painted and cleaned, including the carpet. All vacant units must be ready to rent three days after a resident has moved out.
- On Call : When on call the employee will be able to respond to property within a 30-minute time frame. Coverage time will be per direction of manager.
Needs to respond to call within 10 minutes
