Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced One-Call-Close Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales presentations and consultations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable paint products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proven sales experience; in-home sales experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the paint industry or willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
