What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver position at Rhinos Rugby Academy?
The Rhinos Rugby Academy was founded in 2014 in Southern California with the vision of providing high-performance rugby training and competition for U8-U20 Boys and Girls in the US. Over the last few years, the Academy has grown to provide athletes a clear and competitive rugby pathway from junior age, to college and professional level, as well as USA Rugby National Teams.
About The Position
We are currently looking for a part-time or full-time Driver to transport student athletes within a 50 mile radius of the Academy.
Responsibilities
- The top priority of this position is always the safety of our student athletes both before, during, and after transportation
- Assist with loading and unloading gear
- May plan route to ensure most economical use of time and equipment
- Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance of vehicle
- Maintains clean and safe vehicle
- Able to work without direct supervision
- May be required to keep records of commute times, mechanical issues, delays, or other dilemmas
- Answer passenger questions
- Maintain a positive attitude when handling stressful situations
- Work experience with kids preferred
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional driving experience
- Valid Class B license with passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Experience working with kids or students preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
