RHM is a multifamily property management and real estate development company in Cleveland, Ohio, specializing in both market rate and affordable housing. SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator for Noble GCC will oversee the organization, cleanliness, and security of construction sites, ensure the quality and timeliness of work, and maintain effective communication with contractors, vendors, and staff. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and material logistics while driving company growth and improvement. Noble General Contracting Co. (“Noble GCC”) is an affiliate of RHM that offers a full range of construction services to its multi-family and commercial real estate clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Management:
- Establish and enforce standards for site cleanliness, organization, and material storage.
- Coordinate and maintain secure storage areas for materials, dumpsters, and large vehicles.
- Set and uphold quality and appearance standards for contractors, vendors, and staff, clearly communicating expectations.
- Regularly inspect site activities, recording any infractions or improvements in the ERP system.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and inventory of materials, ensuring accurate tracking and availability for project completion.
- Monitor contractor and vendor timeliness and address scheduling issues through the ERP system.
- Oversee site access and protection, working with relevant parties to identify and maintain optimal access points.
Estimating:
- Prepare and review accurate cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and overhead.
- Work closely with the Construction President and other stakeholders to refine and adjust estimates as project requirements evolve.
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to provide detailed and precise estimates.
- Use estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process and ensure accuracy.
Project Timelines & Budgets:
- Assist in establishing and communicating project timelines, budgets, goals, and material lists to all stakeholders, including Noble GCC Ownership and Property Management.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to meet deadlines.
- Ensure fulfillment of project obligations to Noble GCC Ownership and Property Management by monitoring and adjusting project schedules as needed.
System Maintenance:
- Support the creation and maintenance of systems to evaluate contractor performance, address issues, and communicate improvements.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Construction President, providing updates on system performance and gathering feedback.
- Assist in updating and communicating guidelines for quality, appearance, and project tracking.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving project budgeting systems and quality control standards.
Company Growth & Development:
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project performance, contributing to Noble GCC’s growth.
- Seek continuous improvement and innovation to stay ahead of industry trends and support company expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and staff, fostering a positive reputation for Noble GCC within the RHM Real Estate Group umbrella.
- Collaborate with the Construction President on strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve project quality.
- Engage in strategic planning to align efforts with Noble GCC’s growth objectives and drive company success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years in project management within the construction or general contracting industry.
- Proven experience in estimating project costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, ensure timely completion, and adhere to budgets.
- Proficient in carpentry techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proven track record in effective communication with stakeholders and problem-solving to keep projects on track.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and enforce standards.
- Proficient in ERP systems for project tracking and inventory management is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to navigate and work on construction sites, including climbing ladders and working at heights.
