As a CRM and Incentive Support Analyst, you will be responsible for solving sales operations issues by analyzing, recommending, and implementing efficient business solutions to meet the changing demands of Russell Investments. Your Core Responsibilities: Timely response to Sales Operations and Commission help tickets Report and work with CRM development resources to resolve system bugs Document business use cases and translate those use cases into functional specifications Work closely with internal client teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and proper implementation of requirements      Estimate, plan, manage and execute projects and/or workstreams of broader programs Create test cases, conduct acceptance testing and verify production completeness of new application releases Your Expertise: 3-5 years of support experience Commission Compensation experience a plus Microsoft Dynamics experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong oral and written communication skills Advanced Troubleshooting skills Strong analytical skills and a desire to work with extensive complex data. SQL experience is a plus      Excellent communication and presentation skills      Proven ability to write well-formed, clear documentation   Strong ability to multi-task and exceptional organizational skills Close attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with associates across the globe to discover solutions for complex problems The role is responsible for timely responses and troubleshooting on issues reported to the Sales Operations helpdesk. This role will be instrumental in building trust with stakeholders and protecting the brand of the Global Sales Operations team.  This individual should be a self-starter and take the initiative to seek out process improvement/automation opportunities. This position is accountable for ensuring the successful implementation of business objectives and deliverables within the time frames, resources, and budget allocated to each initiative. The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following: Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of business experience in CRM or Data Analytics Support Ability to think both strategically and tactically. Self-driven and directed, reliable. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to use PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel, Dynamics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with several types and levels of Associates and external contacts. Ability to influence with and without authority to bring together diverse and cross-functional team members and accomplish the objectives of the initiative. Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, able to multi-task and manage interruption, and collaborative project management skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and tight timelines, balancing multiple initiatives while escalating issues promptly when appropriate.
