To learn more, visit rbbn.com Basic Function: This position is responsible for the support and coordination of the various activities and policies for the Total Rewards team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate the Total Rewards billing (domestic and global), including verification of payments, processing invoices and requesting purchase orders. Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of billing/payment requests. Record payments and purchase orders in the internal tracking spreadsheets. Respond to employee requests as they relate to letters/verification of employment, unemployment claims, former employee Workday access. Serve as first level support while escalating complex requests to the subject matter expert. Run weekly and monthly human resources reports including headcount, new hires, and terminations. Support the administration of various Total Rewards processes such as onboarding, offboarding and employee status changes. Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports to support the administration of the Total Rewards policies and practices. Administrative duties as they relate to global benefit plans, including pension/retirement, medical, dental, vision, disability, life, EAP, and various other global programs. Resolve employee benefit questions and/or concerns by clarifying issues, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following-up to ensure a timely resolution. Use independent judgment to interpret, explain, and answer questions regarding all benefit programs, escalating complex issues to senior team members or external brokers/vendors. Process all new hires and terminations as it relates to benefits, including notifying brokers and vendors. Provides benefits orientation to US new hires Serves as the prime contact/subject matter expert for the contingent worker program. Maintains and updates Workday on a consistent/frequent basis. Works with leaders and manager to ensure the contingent worker information is accurate. Performs other related duties as required. Minimum Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Currently pursuing a university degree with 2-4 years of experience in administrative, data entry, or reporting analyst capacity, University degree with 1-2 years of experience in administrative, data entry, or reporting analyst capacity, No degree plus 5 years of experience. Communication Skills: Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers in order to obtain and/or provide explanations and/or information on technical and other complex concepts to individuals with little or no background in the subject under discussion. Numeric Skills: Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages, and simple statistical methods. Computer Skills: Requires knowledge of various software applications to create complex documents, reports and/or graphics. Working Conditions: Works in an office environment. Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting. But wait, there's more!
