Job Objective
Provides direct oversight, management, and strategic direction for the Rotating Equipment Team. The team is composed of office and field-based rotating equipment engineers and support staff.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of Rotating equipment and associated support systems.
- Should have at least 5 years experience focused on rotating equipment inclusive of turbines, pumps, compressors, fans, and blowers.
- Self-starter, team player, comfortable working under pressure.
- Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance, root cause investigations, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Active knowledge on standards and codes and their application on rotating equipment such as API, ASTM, ASME codes.
- Certifications in lubrication, vibration analysis, balancing or other relevant topics desirable
- Experience with Process Safety and PSM facilities
- Capability to critically analyze data and make effective strategic and operational decisions based on information provided and drive issues to resolution
- Experience in contract and project management.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
