Piano Teacher

Position Overview:

We are seeking an advanced pianist with a passion for teaching children to join our team as a Piano Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in music theory and advanced note-reading skills. You will be responsible for leading group piano classes of up to six students, ensuring each student receives personalized attention while engaging in a collaborative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct group piano classes, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere
• Follow established lesson plans to ensure consistency across all classes
• Participate in frequent performances and studio events to showcase student progress
• Complete our comprehensive teacher training program upon hiring
• Communicate effectively with students and their families to support musical development

Qualifications:

• Advanced piano proficiency with experience in teaching children
• Strong foundation in music theory and advanced note-reading skills
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
