Job Description
Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a nursing student success program to meet or exceed benchmarks for progression, on-time completion, and passing NCLEX-RN/LPN on first attempt. Work closely with nursing faculty. Collect and analyze aggregated and disaggregated data to guide work and to formulate and recommend program improvements to dean and nursing program director. Assist program director with data collection and analysis for accreditation and other agency reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with five years of clinical experience. Valid Illinois Professional Nurse (RN) License.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with nursing student retention and success programs as well as collecting and analyzing aggregated and disaggregated data pertaining to nursing preferred.
Physical Demands
Work is routinely performed in office environment. Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling, using hands and fingers, stooping and occasional lifting of objects up to 10 lbs. Must be able to receive, process, and provide visual and verbal information and provide timely response to externally imposed conditions and deadlines as well as respond to concurrent, multiple, non-related issues.

Pay Grade: E-10: Minimum Starting Salary $43,448
