Qualifications         

Position requires a four-year degree in Marketing or a related field, plus a minimum of 7 years of experience, writing and managing proposals for firms within the AEC industry.

Candidates for this position must possess management and supervisory skills in addition to experience producing exceptional marketing deliverables. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to independently manage multiple proposals simultaneously while following the company’s proposal preparation process. The successful candidate will be highly organized with meticulous time management skills that translate into the ability to establish priorities and a course of action for handling multiple tasks. In addition, the candidate must be team-oriented, collaborative, resourceful, and possess a can-do attitude.

Candidate capabilities must include: exceptional writing skills and meticulous attention to detail; strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment; ability to successfully manage concurrent projects and demonstrate flexibility with shifting priorities and timelines; ability to work well independently with minimal supervision; and exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is required.

The position may require periodic travel, participation in state and regional conferences, and active membership in professional organizations.
