Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a “Customer Service Representative" to lead initiative in swapping batteries and taking notes of our customer feedback at one of our central hubs.
This role is ideal for professionals that want to broaden and build their career experiences in a highly flexible position.
What You’ll Do
Sit at one of our central hubs and swap customers' batteries from 2-10PM from Tuesday to Saturday
Listen and note our customers' feedback and help supply solutions
Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties and make sure our customers are safe and happy
Problem-solve issues on the spot and find creative ways to overcome obstacles that come your way
About You
Good knowledge of local area geography and street layout
Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools
Willingness to learn, a great attitude, and the ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success!
