Overview:
Our client seeks a passionate and organized Sales Support Specialist to enhance our sales Teams’ efficiency and customer engagement. You will be a key player in supporting sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in creating slide decks, customer proposals, RFPs, and other sales presentations.
- Manage and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with dealer purchasing agents on order tracking and order coordination.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and distributors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Support logistics for trade shows and meetings.
- Assist in sales data management, including monitoring sales performance metrics and generating reports.
- Coordinate with Outbound Marketing on ads, promotions, and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience building relationships via email and telephone.
- Proven experience in supporting a team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
- High standards in performance, customer delight, and product knowledge.
