What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge/Front Desk position at Ridgemere of Conway by Abby Senior Living?
As Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting guests, residents, and employees, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages and providing information of a general nature for the community. Will be working a 12- hour shift of 7a to 7p.
Summary of job duties include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Taking complete messages with pertinent information and communicating messages to the intended recipient.
- Greeting residents and visitors and answering inquiries and gives directions.
- Assist Business Office Manager and Executive Director when needed.
- Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
- Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Directors.
- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.
