Home Care Aide

If you are a dedicated and experienced Home Care Aide committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others, we would love to have you on our team.

Pay Rate : $18-21 / hour

Requirements :

2 years of experience

18 years or older

Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Reliable vehicle

Fluent in English (Bilingual is a plus!)

Authorized to work in the US

Shifts :

Per Diem work up to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities :

• Offer companionship and personal care
• Take clients for walks, trips to activities or social events, errands, etc.
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Simple meal preparations
• Light housekeeping
• Help with Activities of Daily Living such as :
• Personal Hygiene
• Dressing
• Eating
• Maintaining Continence
• Help with Transferring / Mobility

And if you cover night and overnight shifts :

• Stay awake and alert to assist the client in going to the bathroom.
• Check on the client regularly.
• Reposition to avoid bed sores.
• If the client is an early riser, assist with getting dressed and breakfast.
• Occasionally help with incontinence issues.

All our clients have different needs and specific care plans. We will not have you care for a client that requires help beyond your comfort level and knowledge.
