What’s the position?
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the superhero of our community outreach, educating others about our life-changing services. You’ll be our frontline ambassador, creating and nurturing partnerships that matter. Your mission (and it’s a fun one) is to boost our referrals and grow our billable hours, all while having a blast with outside sales strategies that leave a lasting impact.

- Build Partnerships: Forge new staffing contracts with long-term care facilities, and keep the scheduling and timekeeping game strong.
- Be the Face: Create and share promotional goodies, and be our superstar at community and professional events.
- Seal the Deal: Take charge of inside sales calls and turn inquiries into golden opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED. Check! Bachelor’s in Business Management or Marketing? Even better!
- Experience: You’ve got a track record in outside sales or marketing and you’re not afraid to show it.
- People Skills: You’re a natural at community relations, presentations, and building relationships that last.
- Independence: You can work on your own, make sound decisions, and get things done without someone looking over your shoulder.
