Right at Home is a Home Care Organization that provides in-home care and assistance to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout our community. We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team.

What you’ll be doing: You'll work closely with our leadership team while supporting day-to-day operations. You'll oversee/assist with: Office Management, Client Care Coordination, Client Success, Business Growth and assisting in other areas, as needed.
General administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing office files is also required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the office operates efficiently
- Oversee client care coordination
- Helping develop and implement strategy
- Assisting our sales manager with administrative tasks
- Helping to manage client onboarding and client success
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to execute and successfully complete assigned tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check
