What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales position at Right at Home?
Right at Home of Ventura County seeks a self starting sales professional to join our team. We are leaders in personal and dementia care and put the client’s needs first in all we do.
You will work with our partners in the senior care industry by educating the community and driving sales. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with discharge planners, doctors offices, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities. You will represent our brand at community events and be responsible for leveraging our social media presence – including Facebook and email programs – to inform the community about our services. You will work directly with prospective clients to enroll them in our services.
You will use your strategic planning skills coupled with disciplined, detail oriented, consultative sales skills to drive new business. You are goal oriented, self motivated and driven to succeed.
As part of the leadership team, you are entrepreneurial and will contribute to the planning and roll out of new service lines.
This is a full time position, available immediately.

Other duties:
- Assist with rotating "On Call" duties
- Organizing educational sessions such as Lunch and Learns with other senior care partners
- Participate in weekly sales and client status meetings.
Other requirements:
- College degree desired, High School diploma required
- Two years experience in personal consultative sales (real estate, hospice, home care, home health, insurance, assisted living, skilled nursing) desired.
- Strong written and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
- Tech savvy and comfortable with learning new systems. Familiarity with Facebook and other social media platforms helpful
- Excellent follow up skills
- Must meet requirements for working in the senior care industry, such as a criminal background check.

Salary : $26 - $31
