- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
- Patient assessments
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Coordination of care

Qualifications:
- Licensed as an RN or LVN in the state of Texas
- Minimum 1 year experience, preferred 2 year experience
- Clean background and criminal record
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR)
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with Director of Nurses
- Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations, The Joint Commission preferred
- Physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly
Salary : $47,000 - $59,600
