Program Manager: $24-29 per hour (based on education, experience, and the interview process)
WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:
- Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
- We are interviewing now for the 23-24 school year. This part-time after-school position will have an August start date.
- Develop and coach a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment
- Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
- Instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
- Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork
- THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS ROLE:
- Prior experience supervising others
- Speaking and understanding Spanish will be in essential function of the job. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Preference given to bilingual candidates
- High school diploma or GED completed
- Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs
- Coursework or training in child development and/or related field
- Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children
- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community
- Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test (from a physician)
- Completed at least two years of study (48 units) at an institution of higher education, or Associate or higher degree. If you have not completed college units/degree, completion of the Para/Instructional Assistant Exam may be required upon hire.
