  • Manage awards programming calendar--tracking deadlines, creating submissions, and identifying new awards and opportunities to promote Right Networks and its products, services, and people.
  • Support social media efforts, including drafting posts, and curating content and images.
  • Draft, manage approvals and distribute press releases through wire service, website, and internal departments.
  • Monitor media coverage and track related key performance metrics.
  • Build and manage repositories of timely messaging documents, executive briefing material, and other reference assets.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively leverage our social media channels to benefit our PR program.
  • Excellent communication, research, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to create content using presentations, interviews with subject matter experts, and other resources.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment that spans different job functions, departments, and external agency resources.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot and correct errors in consistency, facts, format, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and well-versed in multi-media communications platforms.
