We are looking for a full-time (on-site living not available) assistant manager who will assist us in running the operation at the storage facility.

The starting pay is $15 per hour - Saturdays are required

• Assess the best rate and unit size for the customer’s needs and close the deal
• Take responsibly for the financial health and growth of the facility
• Know the ins and outs of your property and manage improvements
• Being a team player and accepting new challenges
• Exceed monetary and operational goals

The Qualifiers

• Minimum (2) years in customer service/selling position.
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Fluency in Spanish helpful but not required
• Demonstrate effective problem solving
• Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work any day of the week including weekends
