As we expand, we are seeking machinists who not only want personal growth but also wish to
contribute to our team's development. Priority will be given to candidates excelling in the following
areas:
A. CNC machine operation. B. Interpretation of technical drawings and verbal instructions for
machining parts. C. Utilization of precision measuring tools. D. Understanding and
implementation of machine setup instructions. E. Selection of appropriate tooling for CNC
machines. F. Forklift operation (certification required, or we will provide training). G. Basic
computer skills, including familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
Physical requirements for the role include corrected visual acuity for reading directions and prints,
manual dexterity for precision machinery operation, frequent standing, stooping, bending, and the
ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
Key Duties and Functions:
1. Responsible for routine machine maintenance and maintaining a tidy work area.
2. Adherence to all safety regulations.
3. Skillful operation of common machine shop equipment and hand tools.
4. Monitoring of machine feed and speed during machining processes.
5. Inspection and testing of completed units for defects using precision instruments like
micrometers.
6. Calculation of dimensions and tolerances using mathematical knowledge and instruments
such as micrometers and calipers.
7. Machining parts to specifications using tools like lathes and milling machines.
8. Alignment and securing of fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials
onto machines.
9. Cleaning and lubricating machines, tools, and equipment to remove grease, rust, stains,
and foreign matter.
And Other Duties:`
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed for optimal performance
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Proficiency in operating press brake machines, milling machines, and other CNC equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of tooling and machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with logic controllers and basic programming concepts
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience using calipers and other precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus
Seeking someone to operate, set up, and program Mazak lathes.
4 years of experience with CNC machines/programming. Having CAD, g-code, and GD&T experience. CAM
big plus.
