We're a General Contractor that has been in business for over 20 years specializing in building ground-up Commercial, Retail, Corporate Office, Hospitality, Healthcare, & Industrial projects ranging up to $50M throughout Texas as well as the entire East Coast region.
Our team is actively looking to make a long-term hire for a Lead Superintendent with extensive ground-up construction experience focused in Commercial/Retail and Light Industrial projects.
We have upcoming projects located in Amarillo, San Antonio, & Kyle, TX.
We're ideally looking for candidates local to those markets or those who are willing to travel as needed. You will be compensated accordingly for travel related expenses if you choose to travel.

- 5 years of ground-up construction experience as a Superintendent working directly for a General Contractor
- Prior experience building ground-up Commercial, Retail, and/or Light Industrial projects
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Subcontractor Management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Proficient with various construction software's
- OSHA 10 / 30 Certifications
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
