Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, and professional attitude towards our customers – whether it be in-person, via phone, or email
- Understand client’s needs and provide detailed information if needed
- Assist with performing data validation and verification of customer profile
- Case investigations
- Data entering, data validating, data maintaining, and reporting
- Maintain the customer data confidentiality
Skills and abilities:
- Ability to listen and understand the client's needs
- Ability to focus on the solution rather than on the problem
- Have solid organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to self-discipline and control behavior/emotions when communicating with an angry customer
- Ability to work independently as well as with the team
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines before they’re due
- Additional languages are a plus
