Position Title: Laborer

Essential Functions:

Riley Brothers, LLC is seeking full-time Laborers. Experience preferred, but not necessary! On-the-job training provided.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist crew leader and supporting team members on site
- Accurately complete daily forms.
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment.
- Utilizes a variety of material handling equipment and devices.
- Assists skilled tradesmen with layout, fabrication, installation and finishing construction products, systems, and assemblies.
- Work with tools/equipment such as jackhammers, compactors, shovels, rakes, etc.
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Success Factors:
- Ability to climb, dig, work in tight spaces, on uneven surfaces, walking, stooping, and kneeling
- Strong Attention to detail to work efficiently
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow specific oral and written instructions
- Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team with co-workers
- Ability to pass motor vehicle, criminal background check, and comply with drug-free workplace policy
- Willingness and ability to learn additional skills
Experience and Education:
- Prior Laboring experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
- Possession of a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required.
- Must have or have the ability to obtain a Medical DOT Card.
- Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
