To strengthen this commitment, we are in search of a dedicated Client Liaison to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Client Liaison, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our agency, ensuring seamless communication, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement in our service delivery. You'll also be a vital support system for our executive team, stepping in to assist with administrative duties. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pacific.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Check-Ins: Conduct regular check-in calls with our clients to gauge their satisfaction level, gather feedback, and ensure any concerns are addressed promptly.
2. Feedback Collection:Administer and analyze client feedback surveys to identify areas of improvement and share findings with the Client Relations Managers and executive team.
3. Client Relations Manager Liaison: Relay feedback to the Client Relations Managers. Where necessary, facilitate a smooth transition between Client Relations Managers to ensure the best client-agency fit.
4. Inbound Calls: Handle company inbound calls, addressing queries, concerns, and directing them to the appropriate department/person as required.
5. Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the CEO and the Executive Assistant on various administrative tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, data entry, and managing correspondence.
6. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the internal team to implement client feedback and improve the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
