Receptionist
New Providence, PA
- Provide a warm and friendly greeting to our customers when they call in with questions
- Gather basic information and direct their calls to the person who can best support them
- Monitor voicemails and return customer calls
- Ship orders for accessories
- Mail info packets
- Support the office by taking care of administrative tasks
- Scan and file documents
- Handle general bookkeeping tasks – billing, deposits
- Pick up mail from the post office

Ring Tele is a telecom service provider serving residential and small businesses. We are looking for a Receptionist to provide prompt and personal service over the phone to our customers. Our Receptionist will also take care of administrative tasks in our office. We encourage you to consider joining our close-knit team if you enjoy engaging with people and providing the highest level of customer service over the phone while performing administrative work such as filing and data entry.
Our Ideal Receptionist:
- Experienced: Previous experience in Customer Service or Office Administrative work is preferred. Familiarity working with Plain Community is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office is required. QuickBooks experience is preferred.
- Team Oriented: Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team environment and working for the good of the organization.
- Customer-Oriented: Experience talking with customers on the phone and providing friendly service. Diplomatic when talking with a customer who may be frustrated. Personable.
- Detailed: Able to assist with basic administrative tasks and bookkeeping. Strong organizational skills.
- Reliable Transportation: This position will require trips to the post office, bank, and other local errands. A Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
