```Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics/Decision Science, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
-Completion of at least three SOA/CAS actuarial exams, with the intention of taking future actuarial exams (company-provided study time, materials, and exam bonuses).
-Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL (or similar languages) with the ability to utilize these tools, along with others, for data analysis and interpretation.
-Three years of experience in creating and maintaining relational databases.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
-Initiative and determination required to excel in an entrepreneurial setting.
-Preferably, previous experience in insurance or the auto industry, management/strategy consulting, or work as a business, financial, or operational analyst.
-Desirable experience with modeling software (R, EMB, Earnix, etc.) or Tableau.
-Navigate IT and internal data architectures to develop processes that enhance operational efficiencies and consistencies.
-Create, interpret, and present both periodic and ad hoc reports to management and clients.
-Utilize SQL, BI Data Cubes, and Excel for in-depth analysis of company-wide data, identifying trends in sales, claims, agent/customer behavior, and internal operational patterns. Propose data cleansing rules based on findings.
-Respond promptly and accurately to reporting and information requests from Executives, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Claims, and clients as necessary.
