Customer Service Representative Daily Tasks and Duties
- Enthusiastic team player willing to take an active role in campaigns and business building initiatives with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction.
- Execute individualized/segmented account engagement plans for driving growth and adoption o solutions for strategic accounts
- Demonstrate product knowledge surrounding the adoption and usage of core products
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account objectives and expectations.
- Support customer retention by maintaining communication with new and/or current customers.
- Listen to customers' concerns and handle complaints
- Give detailed explanations of products
- Review customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
- Work with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints
- Communicate with customers in-person
- Receive orders, calculate charges, and process payments
- Manage renewal activities for contracted customers.
- Successfully meet KPI’s on a consistent basis
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
- Fundamental computer knowledge
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) major plus
- Experience with customer retention and driving customer lifetime value
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Great communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Effective time management, prioritizations, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Well organized and strong work ethic
