About the Job:

Love working with influencers and using social media? We are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. The Influencer Partnership Specialist is expected to execute our business development and have a strategic mind in the influencer space. This role will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day influencer marketing activities, partnering with influencers as brand advocates, content promoters, and content distributors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and liaise with brand-right influencers, negotiating fair deals for content, and ensuring the applicable agreements are in place based on campaign objectives and desired outcomes

• Set the strategy to identify partnerships with like-minded brands, celebrities, and influencers that align with our community’s interests, drive business scale and are on brand

• Maintain daily communication with influencers via email, social media direct messaging and SMS

• Review influencer content, providing edits for client approval and working directly with influencers/agents to incorporate feedback

• Conceptualize, strategize and oversee gifting for monthly collection/drops

• Conceptualize and implement new influencer gifting and packaging ideas

• Present monthly/weekly reports on influencer performance

• Maintain and update Riot Swim’s influencer database daily

• Continuously identify new ways to build Riot Swim’s influencer database

• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers

About You:

· You have an Associate Degree

· You have a proven experience of 3 years or more in Marketing and brand marketing experience is highly preferred

· You have an outstanding written and verbal communication skills is one of your strengths

· You have a proven ability with contract negotiation and securing sponsorships with influencers

· You have an excellent ability at negotiating rates and contracts for influencers

· You displayed your ability to identify relevant influencers and conduct effective outreach

· You have a solid experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns

· You have experience working with influencer and content management tools

· You have a working knowledge of essential tools such as CRMs, Email Finders, Influencer Marketing Tools, SEO Tools, WordPress Tools, Social Media Tools, etc.
