What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Ripon Pickle Company, Inc.?
Ripon Pickle Co. Inc is currently seeking a reliable individual to join our production team. The ideal candidate speaks English or Spanish (bilingual is a plus). The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and package product for foreign material
- Ensure correct labeling
- Assist in the cleaning and sanitation of equipment
- Ensure food safety and quality of finished product and communicate problems to Supervisor / QC Department
- Assist in production with various tasks where needed
Qualifications:
- Follow proper food handling procedures
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team player
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
***Pay will be based on qualifications and experience. Starting wages subject to change after probationary period.***
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
