Ripple Effect is looking for a Program Analysis Team Lead with to support the Office of Research Facilities (ORF) division, at National Institutes of Health (NIH). The Program Analysis Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day operation and administration of office activities and government projects. You will develop improved business processes, use technology like SharePoint to track projects and collaborate, and enhance reporting capabilities. A successful candidate will provide support and mentoring to staff and ensure effective use of time and resources. We are seeking an organized individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player. An ideal candidate will demonstrate great interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The individual must be comfortable learning new software and knows how to harness technology to accomplish project goals.

Responsibilities
- Supports the design and implementation of programs and initiatives including developing objectives, drafting strategic & implementation plans and developing new workflows using SharePoint and other technologies.
- Develops and implements processes and procedures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of team's operations.
- Schedules and organizes meetings, company-wide events, training, conferences and other department activities. Provides agendas and documents action plans for meetings.
- Drafts and edits SOPs to standardize and document processes.
- Creates and develops presentations for briefings/meetings. Type general correspondences to all staff and create charts, tables, graphs, SharePoint lists, etc.
- Coordinates internal resources and external consultants and vendors to execute programs and projects.
- Manages a small team providing mentoring, oversight and managing performance.
- Ensures deliverables and projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget and are technically sound and accurate.
- Develops a detailed project plan to track progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Manages relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Provides advice on technical approaches to accomplish project objectives including meeting cadence, research approaches, resource needs, communication strategies, and data management.
- Contributes to proposal writing and technical solutioning for relevant projects.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Salary : $86,000 - $108,000
