We are currently looking to add a full time, Production Coordinator to our band of quirks. The right candidate will be responsible for supporting the team through their attention to detail, solid work ethic, and commitment to accuracy. You do not need to have experience in production or purchasing, but must have a great attitude and ability to learn and retain information and an overall positive attitude and interest in winning. This role will learn specific aspects of the purchasing and production process for an incredibly cool pop culture apparel company. This person will excel at providing internal and external customer service – you are comfortable excelling in a process as well as seeking ways to improve it daily. Effective communication with other departments, including sales, production team, and distribution center will ensure your success and ability to grow.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Responsible for key components in pre and post production order management as part of the purchasing and production team.
- Maintain and update data and information utilized by the purchasing department to effectively manager projects to plan
- Work collaboratively to provide feedback for improvement and support to other team members.
- Efficient workload management to ensure production can move swiftly.
- Track order progress, troubleshoot any issues that may create a variance and ensure all relevant project information is properly documented and closed out so projects are completed on time and within budget
- Utilize reporting function in ERP system as required.
MUST HAVES
- Prior experience with data entry or customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office products Excel and Microsoft Outlook 365.
