Salary: $20 to $24 per Hour, Depending on Experience

Job Description

We are seeking to fill full-time positions with dedicated individuals who work well individually and within a crew environment and possess a work ethic focused on quality of work, availability, and efficiency.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements as follows:

· At least 3 years of relevant experience.

· Possession of a valid Class A CDL and a clean North Carolina driver's license.

· A proven safety record and reliability.

· Ability to undergo and pass random drug tests.

· Ability to pass pre-employment background screening

· Willingness to be subject to location tracking for operational and safety purposes.

· Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.

· Previous experience with various construction vehicles and equipment is advantageous.

· Excellent time management, independence, communication, and teamwork skills.

Required License or Certification:

· Valid Class A CDL and a clean North Carolina driver's license.

Responsibilities:

· Safely operate waste hauling trucks, including roll-off trucks, to remove waste from construction sites to disposal facilities efficiently.

· Maintain a valid Class A CDL and comply with all state and federal transportation laws.

· Conduct routine checks and maintenance on all vehicles and equipment to guarantee safety and reliability.

· Cleans loose trash off of truck and/or ground around truck and container that spills during the loading and unloading process to maintain a clean customer site and safety along roads and highways

· Ensure equipment is kept in good working condition and Inspects truck daily for damage or maintenance problems (tire wear, dents, etc.)

· Report mechanical issues and maintenance issues to management

· Provide varied construction support, including operating different construction vehicles, trailers, and equipment, as needed.

· Assist with construction tasks, including site preparation, cleanup, and miscellaneous labor, to facilitate project progress.

· Collaborate with construction teams and project management to ensure seamless coordination of waste removal and site support duties.

· Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols on the road and at construction sites and ensure that a safe, accident/incident-free work environment is maintained for all co-workers, customers, clients, suppliers, etc. at all times.

· Keep detailed records of hauls, vehicle maintenance, and operational activities.

· Courteously interacts with customers and/or the general public and notifies supervisor of issues requiring management action

Work Environment: This job requires strenuous work and duties performed in adverse weather conditions, which will include, but is not limited to, exposure to dirt, water, chemicals, construction debris, noise (equipment, road) etc.

Physical Demands of the Job: This job requires:

· Lifting and/or moving of 25lbs regularly; occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs

· Lifting, pulling, pushing materials and equipment

· Standing, bending over, stooping, sitting, kneeling, squatting, and walking for extended periods of time

· Job duties requiring upper & lower body strength to reach over head with hands and arms to hold, climb, or balance as needed.

· Job duties requiring use of hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls as needed.
