Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other representatives to address customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient demeanor.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
