Job Description Salary : $14-$16
Reports to the Executive DirectorOversee all client safety and security while on shiftMaintain positive and professional rapport with client communityMaintain an accurate count of clients in your care at all timesConduct scheduled and non-scheduled countsParticipate in pre / post shift debriefingsPrepare written reports (Incident Reports, Statements, etc.
Oversee inventory and ordering of suppliesAssist with admission and discharge of clientsInvestigate incidents and report findingsResponsible for urine collection and testingConduct facility and client searchesReview changes to facility policies and proceduresTransport clients to and from work sites or outside appointmentsConfront and discipline client behavior problems and provide rewards for positive behaviorsDispense medicationProcess client request formsRelay pertinent information up and down chain of commandProcess client mailMaintain facility cleanlinessMaintain annual training requirementsMaintain daily logsRecord client behaviors, movement and controlOversee client orientation classLead and instruct recreational activities, classes, workshops, topic groups etc.
All other duties deemed necessary by the Executive DirectorRequired Minimum Experience : Must be able to grasp and apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other program ideologies.
