Position Summary:
Provide vision, direction, and oversight for the Worship & Creative arts ministry at Rising Hope Neighborhood Church. Build a team with a passion for authentic worship and excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee all production and creative elements for the church.
- Oversee the worship pastors and the worship department.
- Oversee the tech pastors and tech department.
- Oversee the communications department. Ensure quality/excellence in print and digital communications. Maintain level of excellence in video, graphics, and website work.
- Plan hosting scheduling and direction. Work with the pastor team in events and progams. Create framework for excellence in on stage communications - set & maintain quality of communications.
- Lead planning of weekly services.
- Work alongside Senior Pastor and Next Gen Pastor for teaching schedule, themes, direction, and creative elements. If gifted, participate on the teaching team.
- Provide a creative brainstorming process.
- Help foster good communication and a strong sense of community among all musicians and vocalists.
- Set the standard for excellence in ministry.
- Continued honing of musical proficiency. (If gifted - not required) Manage the Worship Arts Budget, ensure that financial procedures are followed and in good order.
- Serve on the Executive team at Rising Hope Neighborhood Church, participating in collaboration with other members of the Executive team leading the direction of the church.
