Working in Rituals Sourcing team, it is your main task to procure our products of the right quality, in time and at the best commercial conditions.

By securing supplier performance and product innovation, youll help facilitate our ambitious growth plans.

YOUR ROLE

You will be supporting the buyer for the Gifts & Merchandising category in preparing sourcing business cases (fact-based) by analysing and scanning the market and preparing executions of requests for quotation.

You will be monitoring and evaluating supplier performance and building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers.

Its not about costs only, but about creating the best innovative products at the right commercial conditions with our suppliers.

You are managing your stakeholders, being a real team-player but at the same time you accomplish your responsibilities as a true owner.

• You will support the procurement of the Rituals product portfolio
• You are responsible for the operational buying of part of the Rituals products
• You will liaise with suppliers and external partners, as well as internal departments (innovation, supply chain and quality & regulatory
• You will be the sparring partner for product managers and supply chain planners
• Other responsibilities will be : actively managing products in our systems and databases, check precise and review bill of materials for giftsets / advent calenders.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a higher professional or university level (HBO / WO) in the direction of purchasing, business administration, small business & retail management or a higher technical degree
• You have a minimum of 0-3 years commercial experience, for example an commercial internship
• You know your way around Excel and other Office applications
• You have an analytical mindset
• You are proficient working with a wide range of systems
• You can multi-task and manage multiple projects
• You are a real team-player and problem solver
• You are representative, organised, and self-motivated
• You have a commercial sense and enjoy making the connection
• You are fluent in English and Dutch verbally and in writing
