At Table Two Twelve Chophouse/River Crest Golf prides itself in offering exquisite cuisine in a casually elegant setting. We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and prepare delicious meals for our guests. The Head Chef will lead and direct line cooks, as well as open, prepare and close the kitchen. If you want to escape the big city or just love classic supper club-style cuisine, this is the opportunity for you!
Hours: Full-time - five days a week, including weekends and some holidays.
Position Responsibilities
- Supervise cooking and kitchen personnel.
- Create and execute daily plans for kitchen operations.
- Create and execute menu options on a consistent basis.
- Monitor inventory and place orders.
- Manage daily tasks and performance of kitchen staff.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in working condition.
- Maintain quality standards, ensuring guests are served the best possible product!
- This is a hands-on chef position where you will lead by example, working and running the cooking line.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary degree preferred.
- Food Handler certificate.
- Strong customer service and time management skills.
