What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Manager / Appointment Setter position at River Walk Home Buyers?
River Walk Home Buyers is looking for a proficient people-person to help us manage our new inbound leads, and set appointments with those that are ready. Being great on the phone and at talking to people is a MUST!!
Job will be approx 20 hrs per week of work consisting of:
-Calling / texting new and existing leads in our CRM.
-Setting appointments for our acquisitions manager to meet homeowners at their house and entering that info into the CRM.
Bonus structure will be setup so that you get a certain dollar amount for any appointments set over X per week.
90 day initial probationary period with a performance review at the end and potentially a pay increase based on performance.
Room to grow into a full time acquisitions manager closing deals and getting substantial commissions.
In-office training will be provided initially but after you get the hang of things you are more than welcome to do your work from home!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
