What are the responsibilities and job description for the SECURITY ASST SHIFT MANAGER position at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for the supervision of Security Officers I, II, III and Security EMT’s assigned to their shift.
- Assist the Security Shift Manager the implementation of Security Department policies and procedures to ensure the protection of all company assets as wells as the safety and welfare of guests and team members.
- Assist Shift Manager in the preparation of shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all anticipated business requirements and compliance with Security Department minimum staffing submission.
- Ensure Security Department incident reports, logs and all other required documentation is properly prepared and complete.
- Assist in the implementation of emergency procedures.
- Completes Security Officer Performance Appraisals.
- Assumes the responsibility of the Security Shift Manager in his/her absence.
- Conducts active investigations involving both Team Members and customers within the Casino property
- Prepares the appropriate reports and ensures they are complete, timely and accurate
- Complimentary privileges within prescribed limits in accordance with the approved Comp Matrix.
- All other duties as assigned
